The legislation of the Republic of Croatia defined and adopted the "Act on Real Estate Valuation" (Official Gazette 78/2015) and the "Regulations on Real Estate Valuation Methods" (Official Gazette 105/2015), which regulate and define the procedure and methods of real estate valuation. The company Supervision d.o.o. as an authorized person, applying the aforementioned legal acts, he determines the value of real estate in full and partial expropriation procedures, as well as determining the value of real estate (hotels, residential buildings, apartments, business buildings, business premises, industrial halls, production facilities, warehouses, construction and agricultural land, ...) for financial institutions as well as other legal and natural persons.
Expert opinions refer to court proceedings in the appointment of an expert by the County, Municipal or Commercial Court. The company Supervision d.o.o. offers construction expert services with regard to the occurrence of certain harmful events on the building, whether natural or man-made, as well as determining the degree of completion of works, determining the value of completed or remaining works upon termination of the construction contract, then securing proof of real estate and the like.
Financial supervision includes analysis of cost items in relation to project documentation, monitoring and review of works during the project cycle, control of compliance of documentation with the factual situation, and preparation of weekly or monthly financial reports.
